Why start with answer key?
Starting with an answer key is the fastest path when your test is already created and/ or printed. Enter the correct responses, print bubble sheets, and hand them out alongside your own question paper. This method supports multiple choice questions only.
đĄ Running a multi-version paper assessment?
Try starting with questions instead. Akindi handles all your question content and automatically scrambles your questions for you to create multi-version assessments in seconds.
1. Select "start with answer key"
2. Select a bubble sheet template that best suit your needs
Akindi only marks up to what is in your answer key and will ignore empty questions.
3. Select "Enter answer key"
4. If running a multi-version assessment, select the desired number of versions from the drop down
5. Enter answer key
a) Click a digital bubble to select the correct response for each question. Click again to deselect.
b) Switch between versions using the dropdown menu
c) When done, click "Continue to download"
You can edit your answer key at any point â even after test sheets have been uploaded.
Other ways to enter your answer key
Copy & paste answer key - paste in a list of correct responses
Import answer key - upload your question content with answers bolded, highlighted, or with an asterisks. Akindi will generate your answer key for you.

Advanced marking
To set the weight and grading scheme for each question, click on the "change marking" button to the right of the question.
To make bulk changes, click on "Bulk change points"

Download bubble sheets
The downloads tab is the last step before you print. Akindi shows a real-time preview of your bubble sheets, then generates the PDF you'll print and bring with you on test day.
Enable the "prefill student info" toggle to have your student's first and last name, and student ID printed on the bubble sheet.
