Test day tips

Now that your assessment is created, here are your next steps to print, administer, and scan your test packets.

How to Print Sheets

You'll be able to print sheets after creating an assessment, or at any time by clicking 'Download Sheets' from the course dashboard.

Click "Print bubble sheets"

💡 The number of PDFs you download and how you print them depends on the test packet option you selected.

If running a bubble sheet only assessment, if you have chosen to prefill the student information, the document will contain one sheet per student.

If the student information isn’t prefilled, you will have to print multiple copies of the sheet- one for each student.

Printing Recommendations:

You can use any type of printer.

We recommend printing the sheets on white, letter-sized paper in full scale.

Printing in black and white or grey-scale is fine. The most important part is that the four black squares and the QR code are present and unaltered on the printed sheets.

What Students Can Write With

Students can fill in their bubble sheets with any writing utensil.

What matters is contrast. As long as the filled bubble stands out clearly against the paper, Akindi will pick it up.

After the Assessment

  1. Collect the bubble sheets and written answer sheets from your students.

  2. Scan the sheets using any type of scanner. Most scanners will create a PDF.

  3. Upload the PDF to Akindi.
