How to use the 'Report' tab on the 'Responses tab to see a student's individual report.

What is the student report?

The student report contains:

  • The student's percentage grade*

  • The student's raw score

  • A corrected version of the student's test sheet

πŸ’‘ *If the grades have been adjusted, the student report will feature the adjusted percentage grade.

How to use the student report?

The two most common uses of the student report are:

1) Office hours

The student report is frequently used during office hours as it allows you to review the students grade and corrected test sheet, without having to find their physical test sheet or risk revealing other students' results.

2) Preview 'Email Students' their Grades'

When using the 'Email Students their Grades' feature, the students are emailed a secure link to their student report. Viewing the student report allows you to preview what the student will see when they open the email.

How to access the student report?

1. Click 'View Results' on the course dashboard.

2. Go to the 'Responses' Tab.

3. Click the icon in the 'Report' column for the desired student. Akindi will open the student report in a separate browser tab.
