The Downloads Tab
The downloads tab is the last step before you print. Akindi shows a real-time preview of your assessment and bubble sheets so you can confirm everything looks right, then generates the PDFs you'll print and bring with you on test day.
š” If content needs to be edited, return to the 'Questions' tab to edit your assessment, then come back to the downloads tab.
Cover Page
Enable the 'Cover Page' toggle to add a cover page to each version of your assessment.
Styling
Choose a style to apply a full set of layout and typography defaults to your test question PDF. Akindi will display a real-time preview as you make changes.
š” Want more control? Click 'Customize...' to adjust individual settings like font size, margins, and spacing.
Preview bubble sheet
Click the bubble sheet preview to review the sheets your students will fill in.
Select a Bubble Sheet Template
Select a bubble sheet template from the dropdown based on the number of questions and answer options on your assessment.
š”Akindi only marks up to what's in your answer key, and will ignore blank questions. For example, if you have a 40 question assessment, use the 50 question template and Akindi will ignore the last 10 questions.
Prefill Student Information
Enable 'Prefill Student Information' to print each student's first name, last name, and student number directly on their bubble sheet.
š” Prefilling student information is not available with the 'One Packet' option, since all students share the same QR code. See Choosing test packet article to compare the packet options.
Add Extra Packets
Add extra packets to have spare copies on hand for test day.
