What are Question Groups?
Question groups are multiple questions that relate to the same information, image, or table. Questions within a question group, will remain together when scrambled.
Question groups are most commonly used in case study-style questions. For example, "Use the diagram below to answer the following 3 questions."
Question groups are comprised of:
Preamble: a block of text, images, or a table, that contains the information the student will use to answer the question, and
One or more question

Importing Question Groups from a Word Document
Akindi will automatically identify question groups in your word document.
Akindi looks for wording similar to "Use the [image/table/ information] below to answer the following X questions."
π‘ Avoid mentioning specific question numbers in the question group preamble, if you plan to scramble the questions, as the location of the question will change from one version to the next.
For example:
β "Use the image to answer Questions 2-5."
β "Use the image to answer the following 3 questions."
