Resolve Version Code Exceptions

How to resolve issues caused by students misfiling version bubbles in Review & Fix.

What are Version Code exceptions

Version Code exceptions are called anytime Akindi is unable to determine a students bubbled version. This can be caused by:

  • The Version bubbles being left blank

  • Multiple Version bubbles being filled

How to resolve Version Code exceptions

1. Review the image preview of the test sheet. Clicking on the image preview, will open the full test sheet.

2. Akindi will display the students' prospective grade for each version. The highest possible mark will be starred.

3. Select the desired version from the dropdown menu. The test sheet will automatically be graded against the selected version.

4. Resolved exceptions will remain visible under the 'Show Fixed' toggle.

Bulk Actions: resolve multiple Version Code exceptions at once

To resolve multiple version code exceptions at once:

1. Select the exceptions using the checkboxes in the middle column or click 'Select all'.

2. Select the desired version from the dropdown menu. All selected test sheets will be assigned to the chosen version.
