What are Student ID exceptions
Student ID exceptions, are called anytime Akindi is unable to assign a test sheet to a student in your roster.
This can be caused by:
The Student ID bubbles were left blank
The Student ID doesn't match an ID in your roster
The Student ID matches a test sheet that was previously uploaded
How to Resolve Student ID exceptions
1. Review the image preview of the test sheet. Clicking on the image preview, will open the full test sheet.
2. Search the class roster by name (first or last) or student ID.
3. Select the desired student from the search results. The test sheet will automatically be assigned to the selected student.
4. Resolved exceptions will remain visible under the 'Show Fixed' toggle.
