Yes, you can use a bubble sheet(s) that was printed from a different assessment! However, it is important to be aware of potential issues such as scans being routed to the original assessment associated with the bubble sheet's QR code.
When using an Akindi test sheet that was printed from a different assessment (and therefore, the QR code on the test sheet doesn't match the assessment), we recommend uploading the test sheets via your course dashboard.
By default, the QR codes are pre-configured to route scans to the original assessment, which can lead to misdirected uploads.
1. To upload test sheets, click the 'Upload Response Sheets' button on the desired assessment.
2. Select the PDF file containing the completed test sheets.
3. Ensure 'Force Responses into {{assessment}} is checked. This will ensure the test sheets are uploaded to proper assessment.
4. Click 'Upload'.
What about the QR code?
Akindi will use the QR code to sort test sheets into the proper assessment when:
a) The test sheets are uploaded via email, or
b) 'Force Responses..' box is unchecked
If you follow the steps above, Akindi will disregard the QR and put all the test sheets into the selected assessment.
