How to use single student actions to download specific student's results, email grades, and download corrected test sheets.

What are Single Student Actions?

Single student actions allow you to export results for a sub-set of students.

With single student actions, you can:

  • Send specific grades to LMS

  • Download specific test results

  • Email specific students' their grades

  • Download specific corrected test sheets

How to use Single Student Actions

1. Click 'View Results' on the course dashboard.

Click 'View Results'

2. Go to the 'Responses' tab.

3. Select the desired student(s). Akindi will highlight the number of students selected in the 'Actions' dropdown menu and 'Delete' button.

Select the desired student(s) using the checkboxes.

4. Click the 'Actions' dropdown menu and select the desired action.

  • Download Responses CSV: Downloads a CSV file containing the students' grades and a breakdown of their responses.

  • Email Students their Grades: Emails students' a secure link to access their individual student report.

  • Download Corrected Test Sheets: Downloads a PDF of the students test sheet with the correct responses indicated.
