What is Bulk Changes?
'Bulk changes' allows instructors to make adjustments to the grading scheme, or the question weight for all the questions in their answer key at once.
How to make a 'Bulk Change' to the Answer Key
1. Click 'Edit Answer Key' on your course dashboard.
2. Click the 'More Options' dropdown menu and select 'Bulk changes'.
In order to use the 'Bulk changes' feature, at least one answer option on the answer key must be selected. We recommend filling out your answer key, before applying any bulk changes.
π‘ Running an online assessment? 'Bulk Changes' can be accessed on the left-hand menu.
3. Make the desired change to your answer key by changing the grading scheme, creating a bonus question, or changing the question weight.
4. Click 'Apply'. All the questions within that version will be updated.
Any test sheets that are already uploaded to the assessment will be automatically re-graded.
π‘ Running multiple-versions? 'Bulk Changes' will only be reflected on the version that is currently selected. To make changes to another version, select the desired version from the dropdown menu and repeat the above steps.
5. To verify the changes, turn on the 'Display Advanced Marking' toggle.
You can return to the 'Bulk changes' feature at any time. You can make as many bulk changes to the answer key as you like.
