If the student ID bubbled on a test sheet doesn't match a student ID in your roster, Akindi will not be able to send the grade to your LMS gradebook.
To resolve this, please verify that a) the student ID is bubbled correctly, and b) the student is still active in the course.
a) Verify student ID is bubbled correctly
Go the 'Exceptions' tab when viewing the results and resolve any student ID-related exceptions.
b) Verify student is still active in the course
Log into your Learning Management System and verify that the student is listed as 'active' in the course.
If the student is no longer active in the course Akindi will not be able to send the grade to the gradebook.
If the student is active in the course, go to the 'class roster' in Akindi and click 'Synchronized Now'. This will ensure that Akindi has the most up-to-date roster
