There are a few different reasons why emailed results are not displayed in Akindi.

To help narrow down why the results are not visible in your account...

Did you receive a 'Akindi upload processed!" email?

a) Yes, I did receive a confirmation email from Akindi.

b) No, I did NOT receive a confirmation email from Akindi.

I did receive a confirmation email from Akindi

Great! That means Akindi successfully received your email and processed the test sheets.

Please check the following places to find the missing results:

1. Categorize Email

If Akindi was unable to sort the test by the QR code, a 'Categorize Email' button will appear in the upper-right corner.

1. Click 'Categorize Email'.

2. Select the desired course and assessment.

3. Click 'Categorize'.

Categorize email.

2. All the test sheets resulted in exceptions

If the all the bubble sheets resulted in exceptions (for example, all version bubbles were left blank) the results will not be displayed in Akindi.

To resolve this...

1. Click on the Assessment title on your course dashboard.

2. Go to the 'Review & Fix' tab and resolve the exceptions.

3. The Answer Key has not been entered

If there are test sheets uploaded to Akindi, but no answer key, the results will not be displayed.

To resolve this...

1. Click the 'Edit Answer Key' button on your course dashboard.

2. Enter the answer key and click 'Continue'.

Akindi will automatically regrade the bubble sheets against the new answer key.

I did NOT receive a confirmation email from Akindi

That means that Akindi did not receive the email containing the bubble sheets.

Please double check:

1) The email was entered correctly. Ensure there are no typos or errors in the email address - this can cause deliverability issues.

2) The file size of the PDF. Many scanners have a 25 MB file size limit, please verify that the file is under 25 MB. You can reduce the file size by scanning fewer test sheets or decreasing the resolution to 150 DPI.
