When Written Answer Questions (WAQ) are imported into Akindi, Akindi will automatically populate the number of hand graded marks.
Instructors have the option to enter the hand graded marks as a combined total in a single column, or as separate columns for each individual WAQ.
Instructors can now include multiple columns of hand graded marks in their assessments. This will accommodate instructors that wish to enter individual marks for each section of their assessment (eg. short answer vs essay question) or entering the marks for each individual question.
Hand graded columns can now be indicated as Bonus marks.
Bonus points are added to the student's total marks earned (numerator), but are not counted in the total marks possible (denominator).
If Written Answer Questions (WAQ) are uploaded when instructors are creating the assessment, the bonus questions will automatically be enabled.
