Making Bulk Changes in Akindi

Change the point value or grading scheme of multiple/ all questions at once.

What is Bulk Changes?

"Bulk changes" allows instructors to make adjustments to the question weight for all (or several) questions in their assessment at once.

The steps differ depending on which version of Akindi you're using.

Bulk changes starting with questions

1) Hover above the first question, to reveal the 'All' checkbox. Check the box to select all the questions at once.

Or use the checkboxes next to each question, to select only desired questions.

2) Click the bulk 'Options' icon.

3) Enter desired point value. Or select desired grading scheme.

4. The change will be automatically saved. And test sheets already uploaded to the assessment will be automatically re-graded.

The number of total points will be reflected in the left-menu.

Bulk changes starting with answer key

1. Click "Bulk change points" button.

2. Enter the desired number of points. Click 'Apply.'

3. The change will be automatically saved. And test sheets already uploaded to the assessment will be automatically re-graded.

The number of total points will be reflected in the left-menu.
